A structure for interference avoidance between a towing type sonar sensor and a propeller of a submarine, a submarine comprising the same and a towing type sonar sensor discharging method using the same are disclosed. According to one aspect of the present invention, the structure for interference avoidance between a towing type sonar sensor and a propeller of a submarine comprises: a guide tube having a towing type sonar sensor of a submarine therein and discharging the towing type sonar sensor toward a stern; and a sagging prevention member installed inside the guide tube with the towing type sonar sensor together and preventing the towing type sonar sensor from sagging toward the propeller when the towing type sonar sensor is withdrawn.
