A bumper beam unit for a vehicle is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the bumper beam unit for a vehicle comprises: a bumper beam wherein upper and lower compression ends are integrally formed in the longitudinal direction of a beam body in an upper portion and a lower portion on a rear surface of the beam body formed by a square cross section tube; and a bumper stay integrally forming a mounting flange on a front end of a stay body to be inserted in the longitudinal direction of a rear surface between the upper and lower compression ends on the bumper beam so that the upper and lower compression ends can be compressed and fixated with respect to a rear surface on both end portions of the mounting flange.
