The present invention relates to an automatic lever shift assembly tester, including: a pole separation force tester for testing the separation force of a pole; an intensity sensor for detecting surface specification of a tube; a pin cable tester for detecting the correction position of a pin cable mounted onto an insert shift; and a stopper lever tester for testing the stopper lever. The automatic lever shift comprises a tube, a rod inserted into the tube, an insert steel coupled to one bottom side of the rod; a PAWL inserted into the insert steel, a hinge coupling part having a spring and a pin coupled to the bottom end of the insert steel, and the insert shift having the pin cable mounted on the outside. According to the present invention, the assembly and testing of a product can be simultaneously performed. Various components of the automatic lever shift can be accurately tested with assembly condition and a defect. When a defect is detected, the defected component can be replaced right away during the process of assembly, thereby simplifying the manufacture process. The productivity and cost reduction can be achieved, at the same time process speeds and accuracy are improved by automating a part which used to be inspected manually. |
