An apparatus for recovering resilience is disclosed. According to one aspect of the present invention, the apparatus for recovering resilience of a ship where a ballast tank is formed on at least one side, comprises: an elastic bag disposed in the ballast tank to be expanded inside the ballast tank when a gas is injected; a gas injection unit injecting the gas into the elastic bag; and a discharge pipe formed in an upper portion of the ballast tank to be extended toward the outside of the ship.
