The present invention relates to an elasticity measuring device and an elasticity measurement system including the same. The present invention relates to a device and a system capable of quantifying elasticity by measuring a speed for recovery after consistent deformation of ears cartilage, an artificial ear permanent prosthesis, and a flexible material. The elasticity measurement device includes a panel unit and a timer connected to the panel unit. The panel unit includes a first panel unit and a second panel unit connected to the first panel unit. The first panel unit and the second panel unit has a touch detection area at each part, and the timer provides a time between motion times in the each touch detection area. The elasticity measuring device and the elasticity measurement system can be used to built database for obtaining an optical elasticity value, which becomes different according to a purpose, on an object to be measured such as a material used for a mattress and an artificial prosthesis requiring elasticity of a fixed rate or an object of a rubber or silicon material.
