The present invention relates to: a plastic base of a lamp assembly for a vehicle having a housing coupling unit detachably coupled in the region of a lamp coupling hole formed in the lamp housing of a vehicle; and a manufacturing method thereof. A O-ring groove along the circumferential direction on the outer circumferential surface of the housing coupling unit. Therefore, provided are: a plastic base of a lamp assembly for a vehicle, capable of removing burr defects of a O-ring coupling portion generated after injection molding the plastic base; and a manufacturing method thereof. |
