Disclosed is a remote control system for theater stage lighting and equipment for efficiently managing and operating stage equipment and stage lighting installed on a stage. To this end, the remote control system comprises: a motor controller for controlling a motor of stage equipment and relaying control signals sent and received between a master control board and the motor; and a control console for controlling the motor controller including a motor control board and a stage lighting controller including stage lightings in accordance with control signals related to the state of the stage equipment and the stage lightings, and controlling one or more virtual groups in which the stage lightings or the motor is grouped, wherein each operation state or combined operation state for the one or more virtual groups is controlled by using the master control board.
