The present invention relates to an outbound system using a grouped consultant terminal and call data, which is capable of increasing call connection possibility and a contract success rate by setting a supply data of grouped call data and a processing sequence of a consultant terminal according to a setting criteria including customer information. According to the present invention, the outbound system comprises: a call data setting unit which sets a supply sequence of a call data group; a consultant group setting unit which sets call data groups and the quantity of call data matched with each other by consultant group, and a processing sequence of the call data group of each consultant group, in order for preferential processing among the call data groups; and a matching unit which searches for and matches call data belonging to one or more call data groups, which can be currently supplied to a consultant terminal capable of processing the call data. |
