An objective of the present invention is to provide a battery pack which has a small size and a light weight. The battery pack comprises: a plurality of bare cells connected in series or in parallel; a protective circuit module electrically connected to the bare cells and provided with a terminal and a plurality of circuit components disposed on a first surface; and at least one terminal disposed on the first surface of the protective circuit module and electrically connected to an external device. At least a portion of the terminal is separated from the first surface of the protective circuit module. One or more circuit components are disposed between the terminal and the first surface of the protective circuit module. |
