Provided are a correction system of a biochip temperature sensor, and a correction method thereof. According to one aspect, the correction method of a biochip temperature sensor comprises: a step of detecting a temperature of the biochip from a reference temperature sensor prepared to be detachable to the biochip and the biochip temperatures sensor equipped on the biochip; and a step of correcting the biochip temperature sensor using a difference in detection temperature of the reference temperature sensor and the biochip temperature sensor. According to the present invention, the method and the system are capable of reducing the correction time, and promoting the accuracy of the correction with respect to the biochip temperature sensor.
