A smart monitoring controller transmits blackout, voltage, current, frequency, network connection/disconnection, temperature, humidity and leak state monitoring data of a broadcasting device to a network separation server. The network separation server supplies operation power to the smart monitoring controller and the broadcasting device by shutting AC power, supplied from the Korea Electric Power Corporation to a power supply part by remote control when a thundercloud is detected from a thundercloud electric field intensity measurer, through a serially connected dual relay, and substituting a charged charge of a storage battery, monitors an enclosure through an embedded camera by operating a power supply when a call bell of a call interphone is operated, and remotely opens and closes an enclosure door locking device through a bidirectional communication and remote opening and closing controller, but supplies power to the embedded camera and transmits a photographing image and an event message when manually detecting the opening of the locking device through an opening and closing monitor or detecting an impact from an impact detecting sensor. |
