The present invention relates to a hairbrush used for hairdressing and, more specifically, to a hairbrush with conductivity comprising: a head part which is made of a metallic material, on which bristles are implanted and which is painted with a graphite ceramic composition with conductivity; and a handle part made of a synthetic resin material like rubber and painted with a carbon black composite with conductivity, such that both the head part and the handle part can have the conductivity, thereby preventing occurrence of static electricity due to a friction between user′s hairs and the hairbrush during the hairdressing and being capable of shielding electromagnetic waves as well as having excellent thermal conductance and insulation.
