The present invention relates to a meta-atom capable of absorbing an electromagnetic wave at a specific frequency band of an incident electromagnetic wave, and a metal-material comprising the same. According to the present invention, since the meta-atom is designed as a meta-atom having a size corresponding to 1/30 of a wavelength of the incident electromagnetic wave, the meta-atom is very simple to manufacture at a low frequency band including a MHz band, enables complete absorption, is flexible, and thus is easy to install, so that the meta-material comprising the meta-atom can be used in various fields, such as an absorber or the like, capable of completely absorbing electromagnetic waves which are generated by various kinds of electronic devices including a mobile phone and are harmful to the human body. Furthermore, the meta-atom of the present invention can be manufactured with only a conductor and a dielectric, thereby reducing the manufacturing costs of the meta-material. |
