The present invention relates to a steering column of a vehicle. The present invention provides a steering column of a vehicle, comprising: an adjustment bolt which is penetrated into and coupled to a tilt guide hole formed in an elongated hole at both sides of a plate bracket and a telescope guide hole formed in an elongated hole at both sides of a distance bracket; and a shock-absorbing member having a tilt shock absorbing unit formed in a hollow cylinder shape in which the adjustment bolt is inserted and protruding from an outer peripheral surface supported on longitudinal one side end or the other side end of the tilt guide hole, and a telescope shock absorbing unit protruding from an outer peripheral surface supported on longitudinal one side end or the other side end of the telescope guide hole. According to the present invention, when in a tilt or a telescope motion, the shock-absorbing member absorbs a shock generated when the adjustment bolt hits the tilt guide hole or the telescope guide hole, thereby enhancing a sense of operation and reducing operation noises. |
