The present invention provides a digital to analog converting device for reducing manufacturing costs, a data driver using the same, and a display device using the same. The digital to analog converting device includes a digital to analog converting part which converts a digital signal of M bits including a first digital signal of N bits and a second digital signal of (M-N) bits into an analog signal, a first digital to analog converter which converts a first digital signal into a first voltage and a second voltage based on at least two reference voltages, and a second digital to analog converter which receives the first voltage and the second voltage and outputs the second digital signal into an analog signal.
