Cosmetic composition comprises: an aqueous phase; a waxy phase dispersed in the aqueous phase using an emulsifying system; and at least a coloring material, where the waxy phase comprises at least one wax (0.5-9.5 wt.%) in the free state, is obtained by copolymerization of one or more monomer 1-4C (preferably 2C) alkene and one or more monomer optionally substituted with acrylate by one or more 1-6C alkyl and its derivative.
