The external dermal agent composition has an excellent skin absorption effect, an excellent anti-oxidant effect, an excellent collagen synthesis-promoting effect, an excellent wrinkle-improving effect, an excellent whitening effect, an excellent moisturizing effect, an excellent skin irritation-alleviating effect, an excellent atopic dermatitis-improving effect, and an excellent anti-inflammatory effect.
