According to the present invention, disclosed is an organic light emitting diode display device. The disclosed organic light emitting diode display device of the present invention forms a first electrode on a first substrate which is divided into a light emitting region and a non-light emitting region. Also, the organic light emitting diode display device forms a bank pattern exposing a part of the first electrode on the light emitting region, and forms an organic light emitting layer on an exposed region of the first electrode. In addition, a second electrode including a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer arranged on the first conductive layer is formed on the organic light emitting layer. At this time, the first conductive layer is formed of Cs:Ag alloy, and the second conductive layer is formed of Ag. The organic light emitting diode display device and the manufacturing method thereof according to the present invention has low resistance and high transmittance, by forming the second electrode including the first conductive film and the second conductive film. Furthermore, the organic light emitting diode display device can improve yield, by forming an oxide layer on an area where the second electrode borders the first electrode. |
