The present invention relates to a back sheet and a photovoltaic cell module comprising the same. According to the present invention, the back sheet is configured to comprise a reflective layer only on a lower portion of a photovoltaic cell to reflect light, having wavelength ranges close to visible light and near infrared, through the reflective layer among light entering the photovoltaic cell module and make the photovoltaic cell receive the reflected re-incident light in order to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency of the photovoltaic cell module. The back sheet comprises: a multi-layered body including a substrate layer and the reflective layer formed on at least one surface of the substrate layer; and a black pattern layer formed to be spaced apart from a portion of a surface of the multi-layered body.
