According to the present invention, provided are an assembling-type water culture block and a water culture apparatus having the same. A gutter and a block body are manufactured to be assembled, wherein the gutter receives water which falls from the upper part and the block body accommodates a plant and water, so the gutter and the block body are easily manufactured in large quantities and damage to the gutter and the block body is prevented during a manufacturing process. Furthermore, only a damaged part can be selectively replaced when the gutter and the block body are partially damaged. The assembling-type water culture block comprises: a block body comprising side plates with an opening and a bottom plate connected to the side plates to form a storage space; an overflow pipe with a hollow penetrating the bottom plate to connect the inside and outside of the block body; and an assembling-type gutter having a gutter body which is assembled in the block body or disassembled and has a penetrating hole and a pipe which communicates with the penetrating hole and is coupled to the gutter body so as to support the gutter body on the bottom plate.
