摘要 The present invention relates to a surgical suture device, which senses operation of a suture unit by using image information, and a sensing method thereof. According to the present invention, the surgical suture device includes: a main body; an insertion unit which is formed to be extended from the main body; the suture unit which is located to be able to rotate and pivot on one side of the insertion unit; an imaging means which captures videos of the insertion unit and rotation and pivot movement of the suture unit in real time; a display means which displays the videos captured by the imaging means; and an analysis means which analyzes information on the rotation movement and the pivot movement of the suture unit from the videos displayed by the display means. The display means displays the information on the rotation movement and the pivot movement which are analyzed by the analysis means. According to the present invention, precision of surgery can be significantly increased by checking multiple units of movement information displayed on a screen and controlling the suture unit. In other words, the surgical suture device functions as a surgical guide or a surgical navigation which enables a user to perform surgery according to a predetermined order or procedure.
