The present invention relates to a water dispersible polyurethane resin composition, and a producing method thereof and, more specifically, to a water dispersible polyurethane resin composition, and a producing method thereof, wherein the water dispersible polyurethane resin composition comprises mixed polyol produced by a sulfonate monomer and polycarbonate diol. The sulfonate monomer is represented by chemical formula 1. The polyurethane resin composition can control dispersion particle size, and has excellent physical properties.
