The present invention relates to an adhesive tape manufactured by using a non-adhesive film and, more specifically, to an apparatus for preventing a film from being wrinkled when cutting out an adhesive tape laminated paper using a non-adhesive film which can prevents the non-adhesive film from being wrinkled by being rolled down and sagged. The present invention is to smoothly supply a non-adhesive uncut film without being rolled down from a main roller, which sticks the uncut film to supply the same, in a laminated paper cutter at a constant speed. The present invention laminates and cuts the adhesive tape by using an inexpensive and non-adhesive OPP film, thereby reducing 30% of manufacturing costs. In addition, according to the present invention, a silicon rubber surrounded by the main roller to be fixed sticks the OPP film and continuously and evenly supplies the same to an adhesive supply unit at a constant speed, thus negligent accidents can be prevented. The present invention prevents the OPP film from being wrinkled by being rolled down, thereby reducing a failure rate. |
