The present invention relates to a method for producing a heterogeneous transplant tissue by using a space filler, and to a heterogeneous transplant tissue produced by the same. The heterogeneous transplant tissue, produced by the method of the present invention, has the reduced generation of calcification, has less toxicity, and causes significantly reduced immune response when the heterogeneous transplant tissue is transplanted, and thus can be used as a biotissue for heterogeneous transplant which is effective and safe. The method for producing a heterogeneous transplant tissue includes a decellularization step, a space filler processing step, a biotissue fixation step, and a toxicity removal step. |
