The invention discloses a robot lock rivet riveting system and a precision servo riveting machine thereof. The precision servo riveting machine comprise a clamp body, a feeding mechanism, a guide rotation-prevention mechanism, a power head, a pressure/displacement detecting mechanism and a control system. The feeding mechanism and the guide rotation-prevention mechanism are fixedly arranged on the clamp body, power of the power head is output through the guide rotation-prevention mechanism to achieve the accurate transmission of the power, and the pressure and displacement closed loop online control in the riveting process is achieved through the pressure/displacement detecting mechanism and the control system. By means of the robot lock rivet riveting system and the precision servo riveting machine, accurate riveting pressure and riveting displacement can be obtained, and the closed-loop online control in the riveting process can be achieved. |
