PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device in which kTC noise at the time of charge transfer is reduced.SOLUTION: An imaging device comprises: a substrate; a photoelectric conversion part for creating an image signal by photoelectric conversion; contact wiring which is electrically connected to the photoelectric conversion part and composed of a conductor; a transistor including a control electrode, a first main electrode electrically connected with the contact wiring, and a second main electrode; a charge storage part which is provided on the substrate and to which the second main electrode of the transistor is electrically connected; and a first switching part for switching connection of the control electrode and the first main electrode between connected and disconnected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3A |
