摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the accurate m/z value of precursor ions to database retrieval for structural analysis, etc., and thereby increase the reliability of structural analysis.SOLUTION: A data storage unit 31 has the center m/z value of a precursor separation selection window on the occasion of MSanalysis preserved therein as precursor ion information accompanying an MSspectrum. On the occasion of structural analysis, a precursor ion m/z correction processing unit 33 searches for a peak in an MSspectrum the value of which is closest to the m/z value indicated as precursor ion information. As the peak is most likely to be a precursor ion peak, the m/z value of the peak is obtained, and the precursor ion information corrected to this m/z value is sent to a compound structure analysis unit 32. The accuracy of database retrieval by the compound structure analysis unit 32 is thereby increased, as compared with the case where the center m/z value of the selection window is used as a precursor ion m/z value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
