The present invention provides a tool magazine which has a simple structure, can be manufactured at low cost, and can store an increased number of tools. This tool magazine (1) is provided with: tool transport bases (14) capable of moving along a circulation/pivot path; tool holding sections (16) to which tool pots (18, 19) can be mounted; a tool-holding-section drive device (64) for rotating the tool holding sections (16); and a tool-pot stop device (74) for positioning a tool pot (18). The tool holding sections (16) each have two tool-pot mounting holes (50, 52). In a state in which a first tool pot (18) is mounted to a first tool-pot mounting hole (50) and a second tool pot (19) is mounted to the second tool-pot mounting hole (52), the first tool pot (18) forms a predetermined angle relative to the second tool pot (19).
