The present invention relates to an oil sand extracting and separating process method, comprising the following steps: 1) pulverizing filtered oil sand; 2) conveying oil sand particles to a No. 1 mixer, adding an organic solvent, and conducting closed anti-explosion stirring extraction; 3) conveying the extracted mixed liquid to a No. 1 centrifuge for centrifugal separation, and obtaining a liquid-phase material and a solid-phase material; 4) the solid-phase material centrifuged by the No. 1 centrifuge enters a No. 2 mixer and closed anti-explosion stirring extraction is performed thereon; 5) conveying to a No. 2 centrifuge a mixed liquid generated by the No. 2 mixer, and re-obtaining the liquid-phase material and the solid-phase material; 6) heating and steaming, via steam in an evaporator-separator, the solid-phase material separated in step 5; 7) the centrifuged liquid-phase material enters a climbing film evaporator and a thin film evaporator sequentially; 8) recycling evaporated solvent oil. The process method solves the problems of a low resource utilization rate and environmental pollution, and enables continuous scale production. |
