Disclosed by the present invention are a safe protection member and a manufacturing method thereof, which provides high stability and enables easy installation and maintenance. The safe protection member comprises: a shock absorber which has predetermined thickness and sides; fabric which is arranged to surround the partial edge of the front, lateral, and rear sides of the shock absorber; a finishing material which is arranged in an area where the fabric is not arranged in the rear side of the shock absorber; a first bonding layer which is arranged between the shock absorber and the fabric; and a second bonding layer which is arranged between the shock absorber and the finishing material. |
