The present invention relates to a Lactobacillus plantarum JSA22 strain and a composition comprising the same and, more specifically, to a Lactobacillus plantarum JSA22 strain having the ability to inhibit pathogenic intestinal bacteria, and to a composition comprising the strain. The Lactobacillus plantarum JSA22 strain (accession number: KACC 91973P) of the present invention retains acid resistance, bile juice resistance, and heat resistance, as well as antimicrobial activities with respect to the pathogenic intestinal bacteria. Therefore, the strain can be used for manufacturing a composition for treating infectious diseases by intestinal bacteria, a composition for cleaning the intestine, a probiotic composition, and a composition for a feed.
