The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for computer tomography. The apparatus for computer tomography comprises: a detector which forms a circle for a scan area in which a target to be scanned can be arranged, is provided in a secured form, and consists of arrays of a plurality of detection sensors for detecting scanning beam; and a plurality of sources which are arranged to be spaced apart from one another while surrounding the scan area, and generate scanning beam for computer tomography in the scan area by rotating and alternating around the scan area.
