The present invention relates to a repairing material damage reduction type spraying apparatus and a method for repairing an inner side of a pipe line using the same. The repairing material damage reduction type spraying apparatus comprises: a support stand; a wheel for a spraying apparatus installed at both end parts of the support stand; a tube-shaped spraying inducement pipe to penetrate a center part of the support stand along a length direction of a pipe line; a spraying nozzle installed at one end part of the spraying inducement pipe; a rotation motor installed at a part of the spraying inducement pipe; a connector installed at one end part of the spraying inducement pipe; a connection hole installed at one end part of the spraying inducement pipe; a mixing repairing material tank installed at the other end part of the connector; a repairing material inlet installed at an upper part of the mixing repairing material tank; a wheel for a mixing repairing material tank installed at a lower part of the mixing repairing material tank; an air pressure injecting hose installed at one side of the mixing repairing material tank; an air compressor installed at one end part of the air pressure injecting hose; and a towing line installed at one side of the mixing repairing material tank of a progress direction. The method for repairing an inner side of a pipe line using the repairing material damage reduction type spraying apparatus comprises the processes of: washing the pipe line; injecting a repairing material by mixing the repairing material in a mixing repairing material tank; transferring the repairing material damage reduction type spraying apparatus to a start part in the pipe line; injecting air pressure to the mixing repairing material tank; towing the repairing material damage reduction type spraying apparatus; spraying the repairing material; completing the spraying of the repairing material; cleaning the mixing repairing material tank, the spraying inducement pipe, and the spraying nozzle; hardening the repairing material; and completing the repairing. |
