Elastic plate-type elements arranged within the cylindrical shell and connected to the package by means of damping elements. Damping elements are in the form of balls of elastic-damping material, for example steel spherical shell. Situated inside the enclosure vibration damping material such as polyurethane. Fixing package of disc springs is carried out on the surface of the sphere, separated from its center plane for some distance.
