FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: device for impeller securing of a mixed-flow fan, containing the impeller, a hub and a motor shaft end, coaxially installed inside the cylindrical casing of the mixed-flow fan with the possibility of its dismounting. The impeller is made in the form of two hollow truncated cones with diagonal blades, the hub connection with the impeller is made using the rings and frames, and the hub to the motor shaft end connection is made using a slip fit and heat-fixed element. Wherein on the top frame an installation hatch is provided, its lid is aerodynamically interfaced with the external surface on the internal truncated cone.EFFECT: easy manufacturing and installation, increased efficiency and reliability during its operation.2 cl, 1 dwg |
