PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new pneumatic tire with an asymmetric structure in which not only improved traveling performance but also excellent endurance performance and fuel economy is effectively secured.SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire comprises a tread part 110, a cap ply 120, a carcass 130, an apex 150, a bead 140, a side part 170, and a belt 180, and includes an asymmetric structure based upon a center line C of the tire width direction. While right and left outer diameters of the tire are same and right and left wheel rim diameters are different, and thickness of right and left side parts 170 are different from each other. The asymmetric tire 100 exhibits improved stability compared with conventional asymmetric tires where only right and left wheel rim diameters are different, and also exhibits excellent endurance performance, fuel economy and low exothermic performance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
