PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner which has not only excellent low-temperature fixability but also storage stability and image adhesion resistance.SOLUTION: A toner contains a crystalline resin. The crystalline resin contains a crystalline copolymer resin having a crystalline resin segment and a non-crystalline resin segment. In a differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) of the toner which is conducted on the following measurement condition, a crystallization heat quantity originating in the crystalline resin in a range of 10°C to 70°C in a temperature dropping step is 3 J/g to 40 J/g. [measurement condition] The toner is kept at -20°C, then is heated to 130°C at 10°C/min and is held for 1 minute, and then is cooled to -50°C at a temperature dropping rate of 10°C/min. A quantity of heat generation in a range of 10°C to 70°C in the temperature dropping step is determined to be the crystallization heat quantity originating in the crystalline resin in the range of 10°C to 70°C in the temperature dropping step.SELECTED DRAWING: None
