PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably detect the opening-closing conditions of a partition door even upon the generation of sooting and upon the scattering of impurities.SOLUTION: Provided is a heat treatment device 1 comprising: a heat treatment furnace 2 capable of sealing; and a partition door apparatus 30 of cutting-off the inside atmosphere and the outside atmosphere in the heat treatment furnace 2, and performing heat treatment concerning to carburization treatment, in which the partition door apparatus 30 includes: a partition door 31 opening/closing a workpiece carrying port 4 of the heat treatment furnace 2; a wall body 32 surrounding the circumference of the partition door 31; an opening part 34 formed at a side wall 32a of the wall body 32; and a proximity sensor 35 fitted so as to be inserted into the opening part 34, and the space between the proximity sensor 35 and the wall body 32 is provided with a seal member 37 of sealing the opening part 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
