PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a POS system capable of reducing a customer operation in adjustment processing.SOLUTION: A POS system has a registration device for registering a commodity to be purchased by a customer as operated by a store clerk, and a plurality of adjustment devices for adjusting an account as operated by the customer himself on the basis of the registration data of the commodity. The registration device comprises display means for displaying a plurality of buttons indicating each of the plurality of adjustment devices on a display unit for the store clerk, selection means for having an adjustment device for adjusting an account on the basis of the registration data of the registration commodity selected from the buttons, transmission means for transmitting the registration data so that the account of the customer can be adjusted by the selected adjustment device, and payment method change means for changing the whole or a part of a charge to be adjusted in an adjustment process performed on the basis of the registration data to a means of settlement by which payment is made using at least a commodity coupon or a cash voucher, the display means displaying the button of the adjustment device, to which the transmission means transmitted the registration data, in a display mode differentiated from the buttons of the other adjustment devices.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
