The invention consists in a method for managing traffic at an aerodrome with the aid of a device (1) for implementing the method, comprising, in a server (2), a data receiving device (3), an electronic computing means (4) and a viewing and control device (5) in the form of an interactive multi-touch monitor, the screen (5a) of which allows the viewing of images of a three-dimensional virtual model, generated in a dynamic current time mode, of the real conditions at an aerodrome, and images of moving and stationary objects, instrumental in shaping the real conditions at an aerodrome, in elements of said three-dimensional model, obtained as a result of the virtual viewing of said model in current time from different selected viewing points in space with a different perspective and viewing angle for the possibility of an all-round view, and displayed on the screen in automatic mode or in a touch mode for calling images to the screen with the indication of elements of the objects and, associated with the images of the objects, images of indicator symbols of the current operating mode of an object, indicator symbols of the aerodrome traffic service and indicators of a violation of prescribed distances between objects in the form of connecting lines therebetween. The combination of images shown on the screen in dynamic mode makes it possible rapidly to identify situational conditions at an aerodrome and to select a sequence of resolutions for alarm situations and foreseeable conflict situations while observing traffic standards and maintaining the level of safety of moving objects. |
