A sensitive information processing method, device, server and security determination system, the method comprising: acquiring information to be processed in a page (S1); according to a preset sensitive information identification policy, determining whether the information to be processed is sensitive information (S2); if so, then processing according to a preset sensitive information processing policy to generate processed sensitive information (S3); and replacing the corresponding information to be processed in the page with the processed sensitive information so as to generate a processed sensitive information page (S4). The method, the device, the server and the security determination system can identify and process, at a server end, sensitive information in a page returned to a user, thus improving the security of the sensitive information in the page.
