Disclosed are a signal transmission method and system. An encryption chip is arranged in a first terminal, and provided with a first operating system; a decryption chip is arranged in a second terminal, and provided with a second operating system; the encryption chip converts data to be transmitted in the first terminal, the data having an original file format, into a data frame having a common file format identifiable by both the first operating system and the second operating system, and sends the data frame to the second terminal via a channel; the decryption chip obtains the data frame, and converts the data frame having the common file format into the data to be transmitted having the original file format. The present invention better prevents interception. |
