摘要 Provided is an agitating apparatus having three dead zone free blades, and thus having effects of: agitating a high-viscosity material in a speedy manner and mixing the material uniformly since there is no dead zone and the material therein is completely agitated; and exhibiting enhanced agitation efficiency by improving an agitating capacity as the diameter of each blade can be extended. To this end, an agitating apparatus has three blades mounted on three rotary shafts, which are arranged in a triangle shape, to be able to rotate individually. The agitating apparatus is designed in such a manner that rotary shafts are disposed to allow contour lines of rotation tracks of the three blades to be overlapped with each other to prevent the formation of a dead zone. Two blades of the three blades rotate toward the same direction, and the remaining one blade rotates toward the opposite direction. In the initial setting method of the three blades, the two blades moving toward the same direction have lower side members whose one side ends are arranged toward the overlapped area and disposed at an angle of 45° to both left and right sides in relation to the reference plane. The remaining blade moving toward the different direction has a lower side member arranged vertically with respect to the reference plane.
