According to the present invention, disclosed is a device for opening and closing a fuel door for a vehicle. The disclosed device for opening and closing a fuel door for a vehicle comprises: a housing forming the external appearance; a latch part coupled to the housing to reciprocate so as to open and close the fuel door; a locking part provided in the housing and locking or unlocking the latch part; and a movement restriction part forcing the latch part to be rotated only in one direction while restraining the reciprocal movement of the latch part. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a device for opening and closing a fuel door for a vehicle, capable of preventing stepped gaps from being generated due to the opening and closing of the fuel door and eliminating defect of the fuel door in flow and water tightness.
