PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor blade shaped to be relatively light in weight and high in accuracy.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a rotor blade comprises: an outer plate portion 30 that is a plate portion defining a profile; girder portions 40A and 40B extending within the outer plate portion 30 in a longitudinal direction and connecting a pressure-side part 33 of the outer plate portion 30 to a suction-side part 34. The outer plate portion 30 is formed integrally with the girder portions 40A, 40B by a three-dimensional molding system. At a time of forming the girder portions 40A, 40B, many spaces are formed within these girder portions 40A, 40B. The spaces formed within the girder portions 40A, 40B communicate with a space within the outer plate 30 and outside of the girder portions 40A, 40B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
