PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is not possible to appropriately obtain a beneficial demand curve and supply curve in a power transaction by a wholesale power exchange.SOLUTION: The power transaction support device includes: an actual value storage part for obtaining and storing an actual value of each of a contract price, contract quantity, bid-to-sell total amount and bid-to-buy total amount of each power merchandise corresponding to time announced by a wholesale power exchange in association with dates; a contract rate function determination part for determining a selling contract rate function and a buying contract rate function for each power merchandise by performing spline regression for each power merchandise to the actual values of contract prices across a plurality of dates stored in the actual value storage part by using each of a selling contract rate and buying contract quantity as explanatory variables; and a bidding function determination part for determining a supply rate function by using the selling contract rate function determined by the contract rate function determination part, and for determining a demand rate function by using the buying contract rate function determined by the contract rate function determination part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
