PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise capacity calculation method capable of appropriately performing advice related to muscle capacity with respect to a user, an exercise capacity calculation device, an exercise capacity calculation system and a program executing the exercise capacity calculation method by the exercise capacity calculation system provided with the exercise capacity calculation device.SOLUTION: An exercise capacity calculation method includes the steps of: acquiring information of acceleration and speed from output of an inertial sensor mounted onto an examinee; acquiring information of weight of the examinee; and of calculating output of exercise indicating an amount of exercise within a predetermined period of time from the information of the acceleration, the speed and the weight.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
