PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet separator which suppresses function deterioration of coolant due to contamination of oil without installing new equipment.SOLUTION: According to a magnet separator 10, a drawing roller 22 is reciprocated between a pressing position on which magnetic powder S is pressed against a cylindrical outer circumferential surface 24 of a drum 20 and a separation position separated from the cylindrical outer circumferential surface 24 of the drum 20 with a prescribed period by a drawing roller driving device 50. Therefore, the magnetic powder S adsorbed onto the cylindrical outer circumferential surface 24 of the drum 20 is drawn by the drawing roller 22 located on the pressing position, thereby, the water content is lowered, further, when the drawing roller 22 is located on the separation position, oil accumulated between the drawing roller 22 and the cylindrical outer circumferential surface 24 of the drum 20 is recovered together with the magnetic powder S. As the result, function deterioration of coolant K due to contamination of oil can be suppressed without installing new equipment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
