A display panel, color filter substrate manufacturing method and manufacturing device, the manufacturing method comprising: providing a glass substrate (53), the glass substrate (53) comprising a bendable region (531); forming an etch material layer (54) to be patterned on one surface of the glass substrate (53); etching the etch material layer (54) to form a black matrix (541) on the glass substrate (53), and at least enabling the width of a part of the black matrix in the bendable region (531) to be less than the width of the black matrix in another region, such that when the bendable region (531) bends<b>, </b>the partial black matrix in the bendable region (531) is located in a perpendicular projection region of an opaque region between pixels. The method can reduce shadow when displaying, and improve light transmittance. |
