An entry and exit management system is provided with: an ID requesting terminal which accepts as an input guest information relating to a guest temporarily entering into and exiting from a certain entry and exit managed zone, and which requests a guest ID; a visit reception terminal which, at the time of a visit by a guest, authenticates the identity of the guest, and performs a visit reception process to determine the entry and exit managed zone to be visited; an entry and exit management server which generates the guest ID on the basis of the request from the ID requesting terminal, notifies to a mobile terminal possessed by the guest the guest ID and the location from which to acquire an ID management program which manages, in a concealed manner, an entry and exit ID for the certain entry and exit managed zone, where said ID management program is to be executed on the mobile terminal; the entry and exit management server which, when the identity of the guest has been authenticated, notifies the entry and exit ID of the entry and exit managed zone to the ID management program in the mobile terminal; and an entry and exit control terminal which controls entry and exit into the certain zone, by means of the entry and exit ID which is concealed by the ID management program. |
